Look out Hollywood—here come budding filmmakers from Strathmore Elementary, Rocky Hill Middle, and Montgomery Blair High schools. Students at each of those schools won first place for their video public service announcements encouraging students to Ride by the Rules on the school bus. The Ride by the Rules campaign educates students and parents about safety on the bus and the importance of appropriate behavior.
