November Club Spotlight
Students at LMS have created several articles about topics that are happening in school(spirit weeks, elections, contests, etc) and worldwide events (environment, government, local and global opportunities). The newspaper highlights poetry (written by LMS students), comics (drawn/created by LMS students), and interviews(of teachers, administrators and coaches to let our students know our staff a little bit better) for the school papers. Numerous LMS students have also developed new skills and abilities that they use in their everyday lives. Not only has the LMS Newspaper Club engaged and educated the LMS community, but as a whole anybody that views their articles can see the inclusive and diverse community that doesn’t only write and report but gives everyone an equal opportunity to share successes and differences.
