Montgomery County Youth Town Hall Meeting

The Montgomery County Council will host a hybrid Youth Town Hall meeting on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 7 p.m. with Student Member of the Board of Education Arvin Kim. This 2 hour SSL experience is hosted to provide county youth an opportunity to share  their thoughts on issues currently impacting young people across the County. SMOB 101 Event - November 17, 2022

MCPS Mock Election - Updated Results!

MCPS hosted a mock election for the Maryland Governor and other state officials on November 8, 2022. We encouraged students to learn more about the election process, offices up for election, and the candidates and then participate in the mock election to see what the student vote results would be! SSL Updates for November

All MCPS students must earn 75 SSL hours to graduate from high school. Middle school and high school students should continue earning SSL hours towards their SSL graduation requirement by engaging in SSL opportunities during the 2022-2023 school year.
