MCPS Hosted the First PeaceJam Conference featuring Nobel Laureate Kailash Satyarthi

On April 23, 2022 MCPS hosted the first annual PeaceJam Youth Leadership Conference featuring children right’s activist and Nobel Peace Prize recipient Kailash Satyarthi! This leadership conference provided high school youth with the opportunity to spend the day with a world leader for peace and engage with hundreds of change agents from around the Mid-Atlantic region.
