Identity Provisioning within MCPS

What is myID?
myID is the label we have placed on our process of provisioning Staff, Student, and Contractors with all of our systems within MCPS. It is the central hub of provisioning and user data flow to applications.

What is UDMS?
UDMS is our in-house system that manages our user home directory data. The system is keyed off of a users primary job to move their data to the closest data server to provide optimal data flow.

To create a MCPS Retired and Former Employee Account, go to https://formeremployee-registration.mcpsmd.org/ to register. Once registered you can access resources like ERSC Connect
