Extended Learning Opportunities

Summer Adventures in Learning

(ELO SAIL Grades K–5)

July 6 - July 28, 2023

Extended Learning Opportunities Summer Adventures in Learning (ELO SAIL) is a 17-day summer program available to rising K–5 students enrolled in Title I schools for the 2023–2024 school year. ELO SAIL will be offered in-person at your child's Title I school of enrollment. Your school will provide more information in the coming weeks as Montgomery County Public Schools finalizes plans for the summer.

All schools will have a 4.5 hour student day and schedules vary by school. Students will engage in hands-on, exciting and enriching literacy, mathematics, and science or STEM instruction, as well as participate in social emotional learning. ELO SAIL provides a high-quality learning experience to prepare students for the start of the school year. This program is provided to students enrolled in Title I schools free of charge.
