Carver Educational Services Center Auditorium Reservations

The Carver Educational Services Center (CESC) in Rockville, Maryland, includes an auditorium that is available for meetings held by Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) staff and organizations associated with MCPS. The Carver Educational Services Center is located at 850 Hungerford Drive. (See Directions.)

How to Make a Reservation

NOTE: The CESC Auditorium is available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m, Monday - Friday. Requests outside of that time frame cannot be honored.

STEP 1: See if the Auditorium is Available

Review the Online Auditorium Calendar to determine availability.

STEP 2: Request Auditorium use by using the CESC Reservation Form

Your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail. Please remember that these reservations do occasionally get pre-empted by the Board of Education or the Superintendent of Schools. If this would present a problem, you may wish to seek an alternative space. You will be notified as soon as possible if your meeting is pre-empted.

To avoid any conflicts, it is imperative that any changes to reservations be made through Shirley Zuniga.

STEP 3: Reminder

A reminder email will be sent the week prior to your reservation to confirm your meeting or event. You must respond back by the date requested or your reservation may get canceled.

Audio or Video Equipment

You must make arrangements for special audio equipment through Multimedia Services, Monday through Friday, Call Trent Pitts at 240-740-2882 or email Trent_D_Pitts@mcpsmd.org.

After Your Meeting

Please leave the room as you found it.
