Purpose: To initiate a competitive drive in those who show an interest in math. Students practice on problem-solving during lunches to prepare for math competitions. Anyone at any mathematical level or grade is welcome to join and have some fun in finding mathematical patterns.
Upcoming Math Competitions:
- 43rd University of Maryland Math Competition - first round on Wednesday Oct 19th, 2022; second round (after passing the first round) on Wednesday Nov. 30th, 2022.
- AMC - American Mathematical Competition - Wednesday November 16th, 2022.
