Tutoring: Every Tuesday during lunch in G11.

Purpose: The French Honor Society recognizes students with high achievement in French and a passion for Francophone cultures, bringing them together to share and celebrate cultural traditions with the WJ community.
Events
- Tutoring every Tuesday lunch time in G11
- Activities to celebrate Francophone holidays
- Concession stands and other fundraising
- Represent Francophone countries during International Night
- Formal Induction Ceremony (mid-May)
- Other cultural events
Induction Requirements
- AT LEAST two semesters of French at the high school level
Exceptions (requires a teacher’s recommendation):
- Students who speak French at home;
- Students who studied in a Francophone school system;
- Have a 90 percent or above in French upon entering the FHS society. (Students are required to maintain a 90 percent after they enter FHS)
- Participate in the induction ceremony for new members
Requirements for Graduation Honor Cords
- Attend FHS meetings regularly
- Participate in at least 3 FHS activities per semester (These activities may be in-school or concession stands)\
