This year Grade 9 students will need documentation of 2 doses of the varicella vaccine. If a student has not received 2 doses, they will need to be vaccinated (unless they have a medical contraindication or religious exemption). Please See Attached Links for more information:

2023-2024 TRYOUT INFORMATION (ENGLISH AND SPANISH)
Fall sports begin on Wednesday August 9th. All items are due to Ms. Magness by 4pm on Monday August 7th in order to be eligible for tryouts and practices on August 9th. Beginning on August 9th through August 23rd all items are due to Ms. Magness by 12pm to be eligible for the next day. Registration opens at 12pm on July 10th and it will close at 12pm on August 23rd. NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE TAKEN. Los deportes de otoño comienzan el miércoles 9 de agosto. Todos los artículos deben entregarse a la Sra. Magness antes de las 4:00 p. m. del lunes 7 de agosto para ser elegibles para las pruebas y prácticas el 9 de agosto. Preschool Lab is now enrolling!
This unique program provides a quality educational experience for preschool children and high school students who are eager to work and learn together. Children who are 3 and 4 years old are eligible to participate in the Preschool Lab Program during the 2023-2024 school year. Children must be toilet trained to participate. Please complete the attached application and forward the application along with a $100.00 Non-refundable deposit to: (Checks should be made payable to Watkins Mill High School). Join the Watkins Mill High School Marching Band for Season 2023
The Marching Wolverines are signing up new members. The Marching Band performs at Football games, parades, pep rallies, and community events. Membership is open to all 7-12th graders in the Montgomery Village Cluster and there is no cost to join. Instruments include but are not limited to flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, tuba, and percussion. No experience is required, members new to an instrument or marching band can easily get started playing in the drumline, learning a wind instrument, or joining the color guard and flags section. Band Camp dates are Monday-Thursday 8:00-11:30am August 7th-10th, and August 14th-17th. Afterschool practices are held regularly throughout September and October.
