Mission
The Summit Hall Elementary School's mission is to educate and nurture our students so that each child becomes an individual of character committed to effective effort and prepared to face the academic challenges of middle and high school.
2022-2023 Schoolwide Focus
We are a LEADER IN ME school located in the wonderful city of Gaithersburg, Maryland.
In our community, the students and their families bring a wonderful mix of cultures, languages, and experiences that enrich all our lives. Our school, built in 1971, is home to our more than 500 students in grades Head Start through 5th. We are also fortunate to have one of our county's original Linkages to Learning sites at our school, combining county government agencies and MCPS programs to assist both our parents and students. Our very talented and dedicated staff members are committed to making our students successful.
