Tuesdays 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm - 8 weeks: 1/3, 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/14, 2/21

Shining Kids Yoga
January 2023 - March 2023
Stretch, breathe, and relax with yoga at Sherwood Elementary! Children will learn yoga poses, deep breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques in a fun, interactive environment. Each class ends with a period of meditation and deep relaxation. Each child will need to bring their own yoga mat for yoga class.
All instructors are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
Grades K-5th
