MCPS Start of School Year Forms

Welcome to a new school year! In the past, yellow emergency cards and a variety of other forms were sent home with students on the first day of school so that families could communicate updates about contact information, health, directory withholdings, emergency contacts, and more. This process will now take place in ParentVUE using Online Registration. Click here for directions to update these forms.

New Student Enrollment

Students new to MCPS! Welcome to Robert Frost Middle School! This summer, enrollment will be completed through online registration. If you have an extenuating circumstance that would necessitate meeting in-person, an office appointment can be made, call 240-740-7620. Please click here for more information.

Affirmative Parental Consent Form

In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, and our MCPS regulations, Frost is seeking your consent to use approved online digital tools with your student. Please help us facilitate this process by completing the “Affirmative Parental Consent” Google Form. One form must be completed for each Frost student in your family. Click here to access the form.

Students Ride Free all the Time with Youth Cruiser Smartrip card

Any Ride On and most Metrobuses in Montgomery County you can now ride free with a Youth Cruiser Smart Trip card.  You can pick one up at public libraries and select schools, and a few select locations noted on the flyer attached.  Also subscribe to email alerts at www.Montgomerycountymd.gov/govdelivery.
