    Alternate bell schedules

    • If Wednesday is a normal block day and there is a closure on Thursday, Friday will be an even block day.
    • If Wednesday is a normal block day and there is a delay on Thursday, we will follow a delayed block schedule (see below).
    • If Wednesday is a delayed opening, we will have 1-8 period days for the rest of the week.

    Virtual Instruction Bell Schedule for Inclement Weather Days

    Starting in 2023, MCPS will consider a transition to virtual learning when schools are closed due to inclement weather.
