Welcome to the Gibbs Media Center!
We welcome back all students to in-person learning and are glad that you are once again able to check out physical books on a regular basis. Students in Grades K and 1 are allowed to check out one book at a time. Grade 2 students may check out 2 books at a time, while students in Grades 3-5 may check up to 3 books at a time. Whether you are looking for a book for pleasure reading or information, the media staff is here to help you any time during the school day.

Black Eyed Susan Program
All students are encouraged to participate in the Black Eyed Susan Award. Students in grades K-2 will listen to picture book nominees and participate in voting for their favorite picture book at the end of May. Students in grade 4 and 5 may choose to read 3 out of the 10 chapter book nominees in order to vote. You can see the list of nominees here.
