If your child(ren) will not be returning to CJMS or will not be attending one of our feeder high schools for the 2023-2024 school year, contact Tamara Hardy, Counseling Secretary & Registrar, Tamara_A_Hardy@mcpsmd.org with the next year's school’s name and address, your child’s full name, MCPS student ID number, current grade level, and a forwarding address.

Or, you may complete and submit these two forms directly to Ms. Hardy: Verification of Enrollment and Withdrawal Information Form.  This is important in planning class schedules for the upcoming school year.  Thank you for your assistance.
