6th Grade Parents: Immunization Requirements
Attention 6th Grade Parents: There are mandatory immunization requirements for your child to enter 7th grade. Please plan for this requirement over the summer. Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services is offering immunizations by appointment in August. Please review the MCDHHS Immunization Clinic Schedule.
7th Grade immunization requirements: Meningococcal (MCV) & Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis/whooping cough).
